Business Print Limited uses the information collected from you to provide quotations, make telephone contact and to email you marketing information which Business Print Limited believes may be of interest to you and your business. In you making initial contact you agree to Business Print Limited maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any stage) or we decide to desist in promoting our services. Business Print Limited also acts on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor.

Some personal data may be collected about you from the forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence and phone calls and details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Name & Job Title, Contact Information including email addresses, phone numbers, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers  as well as payment information, such as your credit card or PayPal Account information, drafts of product designs that you save under your Account, Content that you choose to save under your user Account, communications and correspondence sent to and from your Account, information about purchasing habits and preferences, Order histories, and/or Account histories. Business Print Limited may from time to time use such information to identify its visitors. Business Print Limited may also collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website.

To meet Business Print Limited contractual obligations to clients and to also respond to marketing enquiries, or provide services requested directly by you.

To promote the services offered by Business Print Limited and/or to market the services and/or products offered by Business Print Limited to existing clients.

Disclosure

Business Print Limited may on occasions pass your Personal Information to third parties exclusively to process work on its behalf. Business Print Limited requires these parties to agree to process this information based on our instructions and requirements consistent with this Privacy Statement and GDPR.

Business Print Limited do not broker or pass on information gained from your engagement without your consent. However, Business Print Limited may disclose your Personal Information to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental request. Business Print Limited may also enforce its Terms and Conditions, including investigating potential violations of its Terms and Conditions to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Business Print Limited, its clients and/or the wider community.

Third Party Service Providers

We will share your Personal Data with third party companies and individuals that perform Services on our behalf to help us provide the Platform and Services to you. This may mean a transfer of your personal data out of EU. Examples of Services that may be provided by Third Party Service Providers may include, but are not limited to: processing credit card payments with our payment service provider, the use of cloud data services and receipt of outsourced IT services to ensure our systems meet the organisational and technical requirements laid out in the GDPR.

Third Party Service Providers acting on our behalf are only provided with such Personal Data reasonably required to provide the particular service for which they are retained. Our Third-Party Service Providers are obligated to keep all of your Personal Data confidential and to collect, use and disclose your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to provide the Services on our behalf. They have signed a Data Processing & Confidentiality Agreement with Business Print Limited.

Third Party Payment Processor

For online payments, we use the payment Services of Paypal. Stripe and Realex. Business Print Limited does not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank Account information. Business Print Limited records the payment method you have chosen.

Business Transfers

We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data that we have collected and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Statement. The company may need your consent to continue handling your data.

Compliance with Law, Court Order, and Other Disclosures

You hereby acknowledge and agree that Business Print Limited may, in its sole discretion, release Account and other Personal Data when we believe such release is appropriate: (a) to comply with an applicable law, statute, regulation, Court Order, or administrative proceeding; (b) in connection with any legal investigation; (c) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use; or (d) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Business Print Limited, our users, or others. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Retention Policy

Business Print Limited will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed in accordance with Business Print Limited Data Retention Policy.

Data storage

Business Print Limited will transfer personal data to countries outside of EU due to the use of cloud service providers;

  • When Personal Data is transferred to the U.S, we can verify that our Printers or Third parties have signed a Data Processing Agreement and are certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield framework or, have signed the Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the EU Commission.

  • When Personal Data is transferred to other countries outside of EU, we can verify that the Third parties have signed our Data Processing Agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights as a data subject

At any point whilst Business Print Limited is in possession of or processing your personal data, all data subjects have the following rights:

  • Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.

  • Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.

  • Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply you have a right to restrict the processing.

  • Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.

  • Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.

  • Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right not to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.

In the event that Business Print Limited refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge.

Business Print Limited at your request can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed

  • Whether the provision of personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract, as well as whether you are obliged to provide the personal data and the possible consequences of failing to provide such data.

  • The source of personal data if it wasn’t collected directly from you.

  • Any details and information of automated decision making, such as profiling, and any meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing.

To access what personal data is held, identification will be required

Business Print Limited will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your national ID card, driving license, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If Business Print Limited is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.

Business Print Limited will endeavour to only allow  companies that are meeting the GDPR requirements and will have a signed a Data Processing Agreement in place with them, but Business Print Limited is not responsible for the policies and practices employed by the owners of such third party Websites, including but not limited to their collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data, nor does Business Print Limited offer any (and expressly disclaims any) guarantee, representation, warranty, or covenant of any kind with respect to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data by any third party Website that is linked from (or is otherwise associated with) the Website. Please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party Websites prior to use.

Governing Law This Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of Ireland and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Business Print Limited or its partners, you have the right to complain to Business Print Limited. If you do not get a response within 30 days you can complain to the Data Protection Regulator.
