We are thrilled to share an incredible project from our workshop that showcases our commitment to innovation and craftsmanship. Today, we proudly present our latest creation: a stunning custom LED surfboard!

Here's a peek into our process:

• Printing: We began by printing directly onto an 8ft x 4ft sheet of 18mm Foamex. This material provides a robust and durable foundation for our design, ensuring longevity and high-quality results.
• Cutting and Shaping: Using advanced cutting and routing techniques, we meticulously shaped the Foamex sheet. Smooth, round edges were crafted to enhance the overall aesthetic and provide a sleek look.
• LED Integration: A recessed channel was created to house the RGB LED lighting. This careful integration ensures a seamless finish, allowing the vibrant lights to enhance the surfboard's visual appeal without any visible disruptions.

The end result is a breathtaking piece of custom signage that not only captures attention but also serves as a testament to our innovative approach and skilled craftsmanship. This LED surfboard is perfect for showcasing your product or service, guaranteeing that you stand out from the crowd.
